Kindle for PC is now available for free download! Late last week, Amazon finally launched Kindle for PC, which is compatible with Windows OS. Users now can read, buy and download a rough sum of 360,000 books from the Amazon Kindle Store on their pc.
Kindle for PC can be synchronized with the popular Amazon Kindle Reader. Users can transfer books from their Kindle Reader to their pc or the other way to read them anywhere, anytime. No matter which you happen to be reading from, Amazon's Whispersync technology will track and auto-save your stoppig points and bookmarks you have made. This solves the problem for users who cannot find the page where they previously stopped at.
Kindle for PC has the advantage of being able to read with color, which should come in handy in certain contents such as graphics novels and illustrated content. More enjoyment is in store for Windows 7 users, for they have the added feature of being able to access the touch screen feature on Kindle for PC, which includes zooming onto pages with a pinch and flipping through with a slight flick of their finger.
If you're a Kindle user, which enjoys reading on digital platforms, you should try it out, since its free. What are your thoughts after using it? Is it good? I don't know. That's for you to find out.
